BEESY, a New Jersey-based agency that applies behavioral science insights to help biopharma and healthcare clients, has announced three new additions to its team. Brian O’Hara joins as VP of Business Development, while Trisha Nagpal and Anushka Bhansali join as Behavioral Associates.
Brian O’Hara has more than six years of experience in the life science industry, most recently working as VP of Account Management at GLG, a platform for professional learning and expertise. At GLG, he led partnerships with biotech, pharma, medical device, diagnostics, and health tech companies. He also has a background in sales, marketing, and business development.
At BEESY, O’Hara will be responsible for driving growth and building relationships with existing and potential clients. He will also collaborate with the behavioral science and research teams to deliver solutions that improve commercial outcomes for clients.
Nagpal and Bhansali Have Strong Academic Backgrounds in Behavioral Science
Trisha Nagpal and Anushka Bhansali are both graduates of the University of Pennsylvania’s Master’s of Behavioral and Decision Sciences program, where they learned how to apply behavioral science theories and methods to real-world problems.
Nagpal has experience as a Behavioral Science and Strategy Consultant, working in financial service, technology, and retail markets. She also founded a student-led behavioral insights team while pursuing her Bachelor’s in Sociology at UPenn.
Bhansali has skills in human-centered design and behavioral insights, which she uses to tackle complex business challenges. She also has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Marketing from UPenn.
At BEESY, Nagpal and Bhansali will work as Behavioral Associates, conducting behavioral research and analysis, designing and testing interventions, and creating reports and presentations for clients.
BEESY’s CEO Welcomes the New Hires
Elys Roberts, the founder and CEO of BEESY, expressed his delight at welcoming the new hires to the team. BEESY was formed in 2018 by Roberts, who was formerly the CEO of Ipsos Marketing US. The agency has a core team of experts in strategy, marketing, market research, and behavioral science, as well as an extensive academic network and an advisory board. The agency offers services such as behavioral segmentation, choice architecture, nudging, and behavioral change.
