Ciocca Automotive Expands its Presence in Pennsylvania with 10 New Dealerships

Ciocca Automotive, a family-owned company that operates 42 dealerships and 12 collision centers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has announced that it will acquire 10 more dealerships in Pennsylvania from Apple Automotive Group. The deal, which is expected to be completed in February 2024, will add 10 new franchises and six collision centers to Ciocca’s portfolio, as well as increase its annual revenue to over $3 billion.

Apple Automotive Group is the automotive division of The Stewart Companies, a family-owned company that also has businesses in building products, construction, and real estate. Apple Automotive has been serving York County, Pennsylvania, since 1976, and has 10 dealerships representing BMW, Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, Honda, Nissan, and Subaru, as well as two used vehicle stores and six collision centers.

Gregg Ciocca, the owner and founder of Ciocca Automotive, said in a press release that he was honored to steward Apple Automotive’s legacy into the future.
